TIFA Group
TIFA is a privately held group of four operating companies, founded in 2023 by Michael Border and headquartered in Wales. Each company has its own leadership, customers and financial responsibility. They share group standards and selected systems and services.
The companies work together where a service needs property, support, compliance systems and staff. They also serve customers independently.

Leadership, safeguarding and oversight
Leadership
TIFA Life is led by Hannah Rees as CEO. Bessie Johnson leads operations and holds the safeguarding standard as Designated Safeguarding Lead. Clare leads compliance coordination and operational follow-through, Ian leads resourcing, and founder Michael Border leads group strategy and commercial.
Safeguarding
Housing vulnerable young people is the central work. Safeguarding policy, training and reporting are built around it across the group, with a single Designated Safeguarding Lead at group level.
Cadence
Group responsibilities include strategy, capital allocation, brand and shared standards. Leadership, compliance and safeguarding are reviewed on a defined cycle, while each operating company remains accountable to its own customers.
